The Rose City Royals edged the Backdoor Bandits 2-1 in a spirited contest. Noah Caperchione opened the scoring at 9:30 of the first with a goal set up by Mike Martin and Dan Setacci, and Liam Bartolini added another at 7:20 after a setup from Caperchione and Anthony Ciaraldi. The game included some penalties, and the Bandits finished play after 40 minutes. Both teams battled hard and provided an entertaining, competitive matchup.
